A press conference was held on Monday, 17th July to launch the International Winds and Percussion Festival. It was addressed by the Hon. Azzopardi from Għaqda Każini tal-Baned, Mr. Paul Mifsud representative of Band Clubs 4 Youths and the project’s coordinator Christine Dimech.
